Turkey isn’t just the home of Sarsilmaz, a historic firearm manufacturer that has been operating since the latter half of the 19th century. They are also home to ZSR, a gargantuan ammo manufacturer which loads Sarsilmaz-branded ammunition. Whether you’ve got a whole lot of target shooting lined up or just insist on being very well prepared for a crisis, this case of 9mm will cover all your bases!
This is brand new ammo – not military surplus that has been gathering dust in a warehouse for several decades. As such it is loaded with shiny brass cases, clean-burning smokeless powder and 100% non-corrosive Boxer primers. All of these components work together to deliver reliable functionality and cleaner performance.
And now for the big question: Is this ammo magnetic? No. ZSR creates each round’s 115 grain full metal jacket projectile with a lead-alloy core and copper-alloy jacket, no part of which can attract a magnet. An FMJ is of course suboptimal for personal protection, but when you’re just blowing holes through targets with a semi-automatic then the easy-feeding, low-fouling bullet is your best choice!

Okay so $16 a box isn’t what 9mm used to be, but considering that at my local stores it runs closer to $20 a box off the shelf this ammo has been a great deal. It runs wonderfully out of both my 9mm pistols. The only reason I made it 4 instead of 5 stars for performance was that I didn’t adequately test for accuracy, it was certainly good enough to get on target at 15 yards, but since I didn’t clamp the gun down to test group sizes against other ammo I had or anything all I have to say is it seemed on par with the federal I had from before ammo prices skyrocketed.
All in all it was well worth the minimal price increase over the wolf steel case, and you can re-use the brass if you reload which gives another reason why it beats it’s less expensive competitor.

Just finished my first 1000 rounds with my SIGs (SP20-22 and P365XL) and they loved it. I really like the compact packaging as it fits well in my ammo safe and I can find NO complaints about it’s performance on the range. Love it!

Bought 1000 for range ammo. No issues. I’ve run through 300 rounds so far with no issue in my Springfield Hellcat Pro
