We don’t know you personally, but we’re willing to bet you wish you were a billionaire. That way you could buy truckloads of 9mm ammo, as well as a gold-plated bowl for your dog and a gold-plated diamond ring for your wife.
Sadly, you are not a billionaire, which means you’ve got to exercise restraint when it comes to buying ammo. But what if we told you that Blazer of Idaho has come up with a way to make 9mm range ammo more affordable – without compromising performance? It’s true! And you’re looking right at it.
This cartridge features an aluminum case. It’s not reloadable. It’s not compatible with pistol caliber carbines. But it is more affordable than a brass equivalent, which means you get to shoot more for less money. Even a billionaire can appreciate that!
This ammo is loaded with normal full metal jacket projectiles, which is only to say that they’re steel-free and not able to attract a magnet. If your pistol has a 4” barrel, then you can expect the 115 grain FMJ to march out of its barrel at a velocity of 1,135 fps (with reasonable give and take depending on environmental factors).

Shot a few boxes of this Blazer so far. It feels a little lighter but puts a hole through a target just as well as anything else. Not a reloader so aluminum cased is fine.

Bought a few boxes for my SR9 and Glock 19 and only had 1 round cause a stove pipe melfunction on my SR9. Overall it was pretty accurate … Still worth the price.

I have gone through about 150 rounds shooting them thru a Glock 17 and a Beretta PX4 storm and I haven’t had a single problem. This is the first time I have shot with aluminum casings and they work just fine.

Have fired 800 rounds through Sig 226 with no failures. Excellent range ammo.
Qmaximus –
Used this for the first time last week, and experienced several jams – just didn’t eject from my Sprinfield Armory XD well. Probably 3 jams in 50 rounds.

This ammunition works in everything I’ve shot it in, however the Blazer Brass is both dirty and underpowered. The Blazer Brass will cycle hand guns, however doesn’t even have enough power to cycle my Rock River LAR-9.

First I want to say BulkAmmo is the greatest. Ordered one day had it in hand the next. Have placed several orders with fast service. Already run a couple boxes through my Ruger with no problem. Dead on the money.

Have run a couple thousand rounds of Blazer Aluminum through my G19 gen 3 with possibly 4 or 5 feed problems. Amazingly reliable. Same kind of performance in the 380 for about 1000 rounds in a Bersa until the slide mushroomed. Price has gone up but still a great deal.
Lock load –
I bought a box to try it out on a 9 m&p shield. I had couple jams out of 50.
I’ll go back to fiocchi and armscor.

Used this ammunition in both my 9 mm pistols and have not experienced any ill effects. No jams, runs fairly cleanly. Bulk Ammo always has the best service when I have ordered anything. Pricing will get better soon.

Good BANG for your buck.

Okay, you didn’t get reliable ignition every single time….. but that’s not the point?
Expecting 100% fire rate from your training ammo? Go grab a case of 147gr JHP Gold Dot. Oh that’s right, I train sparingly with that stuff because I know it will work and it’s expensive as hell.
Practice your malfunction clearing, kids.
